When asked where I get my vehicles serviced, I tell people about the time we took our truck in and ask them to go from the front bumper to the back and make sure everything was in great shape before we headed out on a 10,000 mile trip. The total bill was less than $300.00. I feel this is a good example of them not taking advantage of people.

Today when I take my vehicles in, I tell them specifically what I want serviced and if they see anything else that needs fixing to just fix it.
